Each ingredient, from raw material to finished product, is identified, controlled and monitored throughout its transformation and use.
As regards natural health care products, the raw materials undergo physico-chemical, microbiological and sensorial controls. Regulatory monitoring is guaranteed in order always to comply with statutory requirements.
Natural cosmetics are dermatologically tested using alternative methods (in-vitro cells). They are not tested on animals. The organic cosmetics are ECOCERT-certified.
LEA NATURE promotes a know-how which is producer-, consumer- and environmentally friendly and is invested in the development of organic products resulting from fair trading with Max Havelaar. The aim of fair trading is to allow producers and workers in the South to live with dignity from their work through fairer commercial regulations.
